Live at Idlewild – Terms and Conditions

Presented by Lake County MerryMakers

  

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Live at Idlewild Festival (the “Event”), you (“Attendee”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.  

 

Event Admission & Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by Lake County Merry Makers.

No duplicate or counterfeit tickets will be accepted. Tickets may not be resold above face value.

 

Health & Safety

Attendee acknowledges that participation in outdoor events involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, exposure to weather, wildlife, uneven terrain, and other natural conditions.

By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to illness, including but not limited to COVID-19.

Basic medical services will be available onsite. Attendees must comply with all safety instructions from festival staff or emergency personnel.

Attendees with specific medical or accessibility needs should notify the organizer in advance at: liveatidlewild@gmail.com

Attendees must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

 

Weather Policy

If the Event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., weather, government restrictions, public health concerns), the Organizer will offer a credit toward a future event or a pro-rata refund (minus any unrecoverable costs).

Conduct and Behavior

Lake County MerryMakers reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone engaging in disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or disrespectful behavior, without refund.

Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to: harassment, violence, vandalism, excessive intoxication, and failure to comply with security.

Use of Likeness

By entering the Event grounds, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or commercial use. Lake County MerryMakers reserves the right to use this media without compensation or notice.

 

Liability Release

By attending the Event, you agree to release and hold harmless Lake County MerryMakers, the event venue, vendors, artists, sponsors, and associated personnel from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your attendance or participation, including injury, property loss, or theft.

 

Michigan Legal Compliance

This Event complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws of the State of Michigan.

Firearms are prohibited regardless of possession permits.

Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, with venue in Lake County courts.

 

Amendments

These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Updates will be posted on the official Live at Idlewild website or communicated to ticket holders via email.
